Basic Rate - Leisure World Clinic Only: Swedish, Deep Tissue Relaxation or (Focused Massage for a particular issue)are billed at the same rate of $ 50/30 minutes; $95/hr or $135/90 minutes.
Home Visits : 1 hr minimum - $ 115.00/hr or $ 150.00/1.5 hr
Home Visits are 60-90 minute Full-Body sessions: We can approach your massage several ways.
- I can address only your points of discomfort.
- I can target specific areas during a relaxing Head-to-toe Swedish experience.
- I can provide you, through an intuitive free flowing combination of massage techniques, providing you with a peaceful interlude in which to completely relax; revive tired muscles, and an take an opportunity to rejuvenate body and soul.
All Intake (first time) Appointments are 90 minutes, table time 60 minutes. (The first half-hour is free.) This will insure that we have ample time to discuss your goals, any medical conditions that might necessitate special care or medical clearance for massage and any concerns or questions you might have regarding the massage, itself.
It will be helpful for me to have your intake information at least 24 hours before your initial appointment. This will insure that we will be able to develop a meaningful treatment plan in an efficient and informed way. I will send you an intake form, via email, when you book your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: An appointment is a commitment to receive a massage. When your appointment is made, I will reserve the requested block of time for you. Barring an emergency, payment is expected for missed appointments, without a 24-hour notice, and the appointment will only be rescheduled with pre-payment. If less than 24-hour notice is given, I will make every attempt to fill your slot. If I am able to do so, you will not be charged. You are welcome to send a friend or relative in your place, as long as payment is tended at the time of service, and 15 minutes of the session time is reserved for Intake, if the client is new to me.
Late Arrivals: Payment decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. If my schedule allows, I will try to adjust your start-time. If I am unable to accommodate you, the massage will start when you arrive, and you will be charged for the entire session.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash or a local check. I am not able to process your insurance claim, but I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your company.
Confidentiality: If you would like me to consult with one or more of your medical professionals; I will provide you with the appropriate form. Rest assured that I will not disclose any information you share with me to anyone, without your specific request.
Full Body Draping: My clients are fully and professional draped at all times to insure their comfort and protect their privacy. You may undress fully, or to your level of comfort. Please note that I will happily work with you, even if your level of comfort is fully clothed.
Minors (18 years and younger): Under age clients will not be worked on without an adult (of written parental choice if not a parent), present.
General Disrespectful Behavior or Sexual Inappropriateness: Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, verbal or otherwise, will conclude the session immediately, without reimbursement.
